Hostile Aggressive Parenting

There are many forms of Alienation, from bad mouthing, to brain washing, to withholding the children entirely. These are all criminal offenses, when there is a parenting plan in place.  It is yours and our job to report and seek prosecution, and follow through to the best of our ability.

In extreme cases, where the children are withheld entirely, and without taking the proper steps to modify the parenting plan, this is referred to as HAP (Hostile Aggressive Parenting) .   These are extreme cases and must be recognized as such.  Steps must be taken to protect the children.

350,000 children are Kidnapped by one of the parents EVERY YEAR.  There are many reasons for this.  A small percentage are taken for very good reasons (The system fails to protect their children.)  The vast majority are taken by a vindictive parent.  When this happens, the other parent must take the steps to protect the children.  It is the custodial parent’s responsibility and obligation to uphold the COURT ORDERED parenting plan.  As the custodial parent, they are responsible to nurture and support the child’s love and affection for the other parent.  In these cases they are doing the exact opposite.  The children need to be removed immediately from their influence. The offending parent must be forced to undergo counseling in order to ever have a chance of understanding the damage they are causing. Often severe sanctions, and removal of custody from the offending parent is the only chance for them to realize the error of their ways, and become a better parent.
