First; To completely eliminate the need for our services. Until then provide a much needed service to parents (victims) who have been thrust into an inadequate completely bias family court system. PAPA’s goal in this respect, is to even the playing field by applying tactics that expose the offending parents, and force the system to show compassion and support for the family unit, rather then assist in destroying it. Another one of PAPA’s goals is to educate those who are not aware of the problems that exist in the Family Court System by taking our case to the State level and the media. PAPA is only interested in protecting parent’s rights to be good parents. But most important are the children. The legal system may lose sight of this, but PAPA will be there to remind them and assist in making changes in policies and procedures that will improve and bring Compassion back the Family Court System. It is our contention that Family Court (assuming there is a Family Court) should be of the hightest priority, not the least, It is our intention to change this. PAPA is a non-profit organization. Funds are set aside for pursuing and changing the laws currently handicapping the Family Court System.
