PAPA is a non profit organization. Our goal and main interests are helping to resolve custody battles  quickly, as well as pursuing and changing the current laws handicapping the Family Court System.

    We have an extensive list of true Advocates, Experts and Evaluators, all with impeccable credentials, all independent and not relying on the Family Court System for referrals.
