We care about your children PAPA is a non profit organization. Our goal and main interests are helping to resolve custody battles quickly, as well as pursuing and changing the current laws handicapping the Family Court System. We have an extensive list of true Advocates, Experts and Evaluators, all with impeccable credentials, all independent and not relying on the Family Court System for referrals. We know the system and the process well. We have over 30 years of combined experience with the court system, and hundreds of hours in the court room. Once you are involved in a custody dispute, with an inadequate, completely bias court system, you are fighting an up hill battle. It will consume you both financially and emotionally. By working with PAPA, you can keep your job and your sanity, allowing you to move on with your life without sacrificing your parental rights. It is important to understand what you are going to be, or more then likely are already embroiled in, when dealing with any family court system. You will not believe how bad it can get. Judges, Commissioners and Baliiffs, all play a roll in your future. If you want what is best for you and your children, you must not be passive when dealing with this court system. Judges, Commissioners and Bailiffs (like everyone else) are creatures of habit. Understanding your rights and what they are likely to do in a given situation is key, and will help you in your strategic approach to gain a favorable outcome. You must remember they have stacked the deck against you. They can see the cards in your hand, and the game is fixed. Everyone at the table has a plan to take all your chips. On your own, you will lose. You will go through hell trying to find some little speck of compassion and justice. In the end, you will be drained mentally, physically, financially, and your children will suffer for it. We are here to help you stop the madness. Our goals are hefty ones but we are determined to make a difference. If you truly love your children and want to be a part of their lives, you must bite the bullet and do whatever you can to beat them at their own game. A game they have had years to fix, and all in the name of justice and concern for the family unit.
